Construction sites
Three-dimensionality, airiness, games of square shapes are the main characteristics of Ella Palace. The geometry of the construction instills security and creates large, bright and well-defined spaces where living will be a real pleasure.
The building was built with cutting-edge materials and technological solutions, such as to define it as "passive" with high energy savings, with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and a perfectly insulating external envelope.
All the rooms have a high degree of thermo-acoustic insulation and an air system is provided for heating and air conditioning with high energy savings.
Located in a residential area, Ella Palace is a modern, innovative, comfortable and elegant building.

ELLA PALACE

THE BUILDING
It was built with cutting-edge materials and technological solutions, such as to define it as "passive" with high energy savings, with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and a perfectly insulating outer casing.
STYLE
All the rooms have a high degree of thermo-acoustic insulation and an air system is provided for heating and air conditioning with high energy savings.
Located in a residential area, Ella Palace is a modern, innovative, comfortable and elegant building.
New projects
A minimalist volume dressed in a shield with an artistic and functional value. The screens establish the geometries of the facade but play an important role in solar screening. A contemporary design, a few elements mark the rhythm of the facade by alternating solids and voids, through the use of micro-perforated screens.
There is no lack of attention to nature as each terrace is equipped with natural vegetation. Warm colors and indirect light mark the balance of the facade. A class A enclosure where each element has been designed in compliance with energy saving standards. Painted micro-perforated sheet metal and porcelain stoneware. The apartments on the third floor have an internal staircase leading to the roof terrace.
